1. Your contract is with:
Ignite Creative Academy
2. The business
Ignite are a creative academy offering a wide range of kids and adult photography courses, workshops, ECA’s (after school clubs) and international travel.
3. Your contract
You will enter into a contract with Ignite Creative Academy once you make a payment for one of the courses, workshops, ECA’s or travel trips.
4. Prices & Payment
On the info page of each event, you will see the cost and payment. This needs to be made in full at the time of the booking. You will receive an email as your receipt to say you have been accepted onto the course.
5. If you wish to transfer your booking to another date.
At the bottom of each event page there will T&C’s specific for each course. Some courses you may be able to move the booking and there will be some courses that you can’t.
6. If you cancel your booking
At the bottom of each event page there will T&C’s specific for each course. Some courses you may be able to cancel your booking and there will be some courses that you can’t. The course will also be date/time dependant as to how much of the full price you will be entitled to as a refund.
7. If we cancel or amend your booking

The course will also be date/time dependant as if you can cancel your booking or how much of the full price you will be entitled to as a refund.
8. Insurance
No compensation of any kind or responsibility can be taken if due to a circumstance beyond our control. A circumstance beyond our or our supplier’s control is one that cannot be foreseen or avoided, even after taking all due care and includes but is not limited to war, terrorist activity, civil unrest, industrial disputes and bad weather situations or forecasts.
9. Our Liabilities
We accept responsibility for ensuring that the courses, workshops, ECA’s and trips you book with us are supplied as described but sometimes the itinerary, location or accommodation may change. Furthermore, we cannot accept responsibility for any services that do not form part of our contract. This includes, for example, any additional services that you procure whilst on location that are not part of our package. These relate to ‘downtime activities’ as promoted on the website. We shall have no liability for your holiday or death or personal injury you may suffer on our part or that of our supplier thus travel and health insurance is mandatory. The accommodation and transport arranged on your behalf belong to and are managed by an independent supplier who is subject to Public Liability Insurance.
Ignite Creative Academy accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any government restraints, acts of war and terrorism, weather conditions, or for any misadventure or casualty or any other force majeure or causes beyond their control. Subject to the terms and conditions on this site, our liability shall be limited to up to the price paid for the booked arrangements.
10. Your responsibilities
If you require a PCR test to travel you must take one. This needs to be taken 48 hours before you travel. You will need to bring your positive result with you to the airport.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your passport and vaccinations are up to date if required:
Non EU residents should check visa requirements with their consulate, and obtain one if necessary. Residents of the United Kingdom/UAE do not require a visa but should have a full 10 year passport with at least 6 months remaining from the date of your return home.
11. Complaints
If you have a problem during your holiday, please inform us immediately so that we might Endeavour to put things right. If your complaint is not resolved locally, please follow this up within 21 days of your return home by writing to us with your booking reference and all other relevant information. It is strongly recommended that you communicate any complaint to us without delay. If you fail to follow this simple procedure we will have been deprived of the opportunity to investigate and rectify your complaint whilst you were in ‘resort’ and this may affect your rights under this contract.
13. Behaviour
We expect all children embarking on our courses with us to behave with respect to all they encounter, including their fellow participants and instructors. Ignite Creative Academy will not tolerate bullying lewd or disrespectful behaviour. All children will be on a three strike and out rule. If the child incurs a second-strike parents will be notified and if the child then gets the third strike out parents will be notified and will be banned from the course and in circumstances where we are on location at a camp you will have to come and collect the child or a taxi will be arranged with the parents being charged.
All participants will be under the guidance and supervision of Ignite Creative Agency and since we take your child’s safety as the number one priority, all participants need to adhere to our rules and regulations set out as follows:
1. Unless a participant is over 18, no alcohol or tobacco products will be permitted on our trip. No such facilities that supply these substances will be allowed to be visited by any participant during our trip.
2. All participants need to adhere to instructions given to them on a daily basis by their instructors and guides for their own safety.
3. In any kind of emergency, medical or other, the Ignite Creative Agency’s Instructors need to be notified immediately so that the correct source of action can take place.
14. Covid–19 Protocols
It is advised that all participants wear Covid 19 masks when in enclosed spaces during our trips. Every precaution will be taken on our trip to avoid contracting Covid 19. If in the unlikely event your child contracts Covid 19 measures will be taken to safely place your child in a quarantined hotel. Ultimately however, Ignite Content Agency cannot be held responsible for any further hotel costs incurred due to a quarantine period as well as re-booking of flights to return home to the UAE. It is advised that a parent should accompany their child in Georgia if required. Again, Ignite Content Agency cannot be held responsible for costs incurred by a parent or guardian having to travel to look after their child.
