In December 2023, Ignite had the pleasure of visiting Dubai Schools, Nad al Sheba, to conduct an exciting photography workshop for year 5 students. The workshop, powered by Canon, was over two days and aimed to spark creativity and passion for photography among the young minds.

A Canon-Powered Experience

Over two enriching days, a total of 120 enthusiastic kids were given the opportunity to explore the world of photography using Canon’s powerful 4000D camera. Guided by experienced photographers, the students not only learned the basics of photography but also discovered the art of storytelling through images.

Hands-On Learning and Printing Fun

The workshop was designed to be hands-on, allowing the students to actively engage with the camera and experiment with different angles and perspectives. One of the highlights was the practical session where each child captured moments using the Canon 4000D. Witnessing the joy on their faces as they grasped the fundamentals of photography was truly inspiring.

To add a tangible touch to their creations, the students were given the opportunity to print some of their best shots. Watching their photographs come to life in print was a memorable experience for both the students and the Ignite team.

Fostering Creativity and Imagination
