This October, Ignite powered by Canon was delighted to return to Fairgreen International School in Sustainable City, Dubai, for another exciting photography workshop. Working with a new group of Year 10 students, we spent the day exploring their impressive media area and the beautiful surroundings of the school.

Fairgreen’s unique environment, set within the heart of Sustainable City, provided the perfect backdrop for creative photography. The students were especially thrilled to test their camera skills outdoors, where they captured shots of the local animals — a perfect opportunity to experiment with shutter speed and motion photography. Their enthusiasm and curiosity brought so much energy to the session!

This was our second visit to Fairgreen School, and it was wonderful to reconnect with the staff and see how the school’s creative spaces have continued to develop. The students showed great teamwork, creativity, and technical skill, producing some fantastic photographs throughout the day.

We’ve built a wonderful relationship with the school and its team, and we’re excited to continue this partnership into 2026 and beyond. A huge thank-you to Fairgreen International School for welcoming us back so warmly — we can’t wait to return for more photography adventures with their talented students!
