Ignite Schools Powered By Canon @ Dubai Heights Academy, Dubai

Ignite powered by Canon recently held an exciting photography workshop at Dubai Heights Academy in Dubai. This marked our third visit to the school, and once again, it was an inspiring and creative experience for everyone involved.

We welcomed a group of 40 enthusiastic students, representing a wide mix of ages and interests. From the moment the session began, their energy and curiosity were contagious. Our team guided them through the basics of photography—helping them understand how to see the world through a creative lens and capture unique moments around them.

As we explored the school grounds, the students had the opportunity to practice their new skills in real time. They photographed a variety of subjects, but the clear favorites were the animals housed at the school. From friendly rabbits to colorful birds, each student found a way to express their creativity through their photographs. It was wonderful to see how quickly they learned to experiment with angles, lighting, and composition.

The atmosphere was filled with laughter, teamwork, and a genuine sense of discovery. Many students shared that this was their first experience using a professional camera—and they were proud of the beautiful images they created.

We are always inspired by the passion and imagination of the young photographers at Dubai Heights Academy. It’s a privilege to return to a school that values creativity and hands-on learning.
