In a bid to ignite the passion for photography in young minds, Canon organized a captivating photography photowalk for kids aged 8-16 in the heart of Dubai’s bustling financial district. This event took place around the iconic Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) area, providing a stunning backdrop for these budding photographers.

Twenty lucky students were handed Canon’s trusty 4000D cameras, which quickly became their tools of creativity and exploration during this photowalk adventure. The results? Astonishing shots that captured the essence of Dubai’s modern marvels.

The Museum of the Future, with its cutting-edge design and architectural brilliance, became an instant favorite among the young photographers. The Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest skyscraper, provided a breathtaking subject against the clear Dubai sky. Amidst these monumental landmarks, the children also captured the vibrant energy of the city’s ever-evolving skyline.

This event not only allowed these young talents to discover the world of photography but also provided a unique perspective on the vibrant city of Dubai. As future photographers, they got the chance to unleash their creativity and learn the ropes of photography from professionals. It was a fantastic opportunity for them to nurture their skills and explore the artistic side of life.

Canon’s “Ignite Power” initiative aims to empower young photographers, encouraging them to unleash their creativity and explore the world through the lens. This photowalk in Dubai was a successful endeavor in achieving that goal and providing these kids with a memorable, educational, and enjoyable experience.
